Tech shouldn't be a barrier for anyone. If you're 65 or older, you get 10% off every repair, every time — plus I'll always take the extra time to explain exactly what happened and why.

High school, community college, university — if you're enrolled, you qualify. Your laptop is your lifeline. A dead computer during finals week is a genuine emergency and I take it seriously.

Discount Terms

  • ✓ Applies to all computer repair labor charges. Does not apply to parts, web design services or on-demand hourly web work.
  • ✓ 10% discount applies after the $50 diagnostic fee, which is non-discountable.
  • ✓ One discount per repair. Discounts cannot be combined.
  • ✓ Must be mentioned at time of drop-off or before work begins. Cannot be applied retroactively.
  • ✓ Valid indefinitely — no expiration date, no seasonal limits.
  • ✓ Jake Fixes Tech reserves the right to request verification. Abuse of the discount program results in forfeiture.
